Bahl Fireproofing has been a commercial fireproofing subcontractor since 1977, working out of Round Rock, Texas. In Hays we self-perform spray-applied fireproofing, intumescent coatings, K-13 sprayed fiber, spray foam and Core-Fill masonry insulation on our own crews and our own equipment.

The IBC amendments in Ordinance 4069 cover only the Group A-2 sprinkler thresholds at 903.2.1.2 and the fixture counts at 2902, so Chapter 7 and Chapter 17 apply as written. The statewide floor is the Kansas Fire Prevention Code at K.A.R. 22-1-3, which adopts the 2006 IFC and 2006 IBC by reference.
