A Houston detail does nothing
for you in Phoenix.
Down there you are fighting humidity. Out here you are fighting the sun and a roof that hits a hundred and sixty degrees. Same product, different job. If somebody hands you a spec that came off a Gulf Coast project, that is worth a phone call before anybody sprays anything.
What the code situation actually is in Arizona
Arizona has no statewide building code. Cities and counties adopt their own, so Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff are separate conversations. Contractor licensing is the opposite: that is handled at the state level through the Registrar of Contractors, and we hold that license. We confirm the adopted edition and amendments with the authority having jurisdiction on every job.
Climate Zone 2B in Phoenix and Tucson, and 5B up in Flagstaff. Hot and dry is a different insulation problem from hot and humid: the vapor drive largely stops being the issue and the job becomes radiant heat, air sealing and the roof assembly. A Houston detail copied to Phoenix solves a problem the building does not have.

How fast can you mobilize in Arizona?
Arizona is a planned mobilization rather than a same-week one. Tell us the schedule early and we build the crew around it, which is the honest way to run a job this far from the shop.
Which general contractors have you worked for in this region?
We work for national general contractors building the Valley data center and distribution corridors, among others. We are prequalified with most of the regional GCs building here and we will complete a new prequal packet and return it with the bid.
Can you do the fireproofing and the insulation scope on the same Arizona job?
That is the point of using us. Fireproofing, intumescent, K-13, spray foam and Core-Fill are all self-performed, so one submittal package and one company covers the whole scope instead of four subs coordinating around each other on the same ceiling.
