Every project on this page names the building and the city, and a general contractor can call any one of them. It is not the whole list. A lot of what we install sits under confidentiality agreements we do not break, so what you see here is the work we are free to put a name to.

Do building codes in Texas, Oklahoma or Kansas require fireproofing for my project?
It depends on the construction type and occupancy, not on the state. IBC Table 601 sets the required fire-resistance ratings by construction type, and the state or city adopts an edition of the IBC that governs your job. Send the drawings and the spec section and we will tell you what the adopted edition asks for on that building.
What fireproofing materials hold up best in our region's weather?
Whether you are dealing with Texas heat, Oklahoma humidity or Kansas freeze-thaw cycles, we select products whose listings cover the service conditions on your job: interior conditioned, interior unconditioned, or exterior exposure. The wrong product in the wrong exposure fails early. We do not do that.
Can your team handle big commercial jobs across Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas?
Hospitals like Hays Medical Center and Shannon Women's and Children's. University athletics at Texas Tech. Big-box retail like Dick's and Scheels in Tulsa. Schools from Melissa to Plainview to Jarrell. Our crews have handled just about every type of large-scale fireproofing project imaginable, on schedule and to specification.
How quickly can you mobilize for a new job in Texas, Oklahoma or Kansas?
We know construction does not wait. In these three states we can usually get started within a week or two. Arizona, Minnesota and Wisconsin are planned mobilizations rather than same-week ones, so tell us the schedule early. Either way you get a real date, not a hopeful one.
Will fireproofing disrupt our jobsite or slow down the project?
We plan ahead and coordinate with your team and the other trades to keep the job moving, not make it harder. We are known for working clean, respecting everyone's schedule, and leaving the site in good shape.
Is this every job you have done?
No. It is every job we can name. A large share of our work sits under confidentiality agreements with the general contractor or the owner, and we do not break those to fill out a web page. If you want references in a particular state or building type, ask and we will get you what the agreements allow.
