Core-Fill Masonry Insulation
Core-Fill 500 is an amino-plast foam insulation injected into the open cores of concrete masonry units and masonry cavities, where it expands to fill voids and sets in roughly twenty seconds. Bahl installs it in new masonry and as a retrofit in standing block walls: schools, churches, warehouses and precast hollow-core panels.

The fire questions
How do I know which type of fireproofing, spray-applied or intumescent coatings, makes sense for my building?
We get this all the time. If your steel is hidden, spray-applied fireproofing usually does the trick and keeps costs down. For exposed beams where looks matter, intumescent coatings are your go-to. We walk you through what fits your specs, code requirements, and budget, no guesswork.
Can we handle large-scale commercial jobs like schools, warehouses, or hospitals?
Absolutely. That's our bread and butter. We've fireproofed everything from new school builds to massive warehouses and medical centers. Our crews know how to keep big projects on schedule and up to code.
Will your work get in the way of other trades on the jobsite?
Not if we can help it. We coordinate with your GC and other subs to keep things moving. We show up when scheduled, protect finished areas, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.
How long does commercial fireproofing take, start to finish?
Depends on the project size and what you need. Most jobs take a few days to a couple weeks. We give you a real timeline up front and stick to it, because delays cost everyone.
What states do you work in?
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, Minnesota and Wisconsin, out of Round Rock, Texas. We travel for the right project and we are prequalified with national and regional general contractors across the territory.
Are you prequalified, bonded and insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability, auto, workers compensation and umbrella coverage, and we go through GC prequalification regularly. Send us your prequal packet and insurance requirements with the bid documents and we will return them completed.
Do you self-perform, or do you sub the work out?
Self-perform, on all five services. That is the reason a GC can hand us fireproofing, intumescent, K-13, spray foam and Core-Fill on one job and get one submittal package, one schedule and one company responsible for all of it.
How fast can you turn around a bid?
Most bids go back inside a few days of receiving complete drawings and the spec sections. Tell us the bid due date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it before you count on us.
