Oklahoma is unusual in our territory: it adopts its building codes at the state level, through the Uniform Building Code Commission, by reference and with state amendments. That means one adoption to read rather than a few hundred municipal ones. It also means the state amendments matter, because they are where the differences live. We work from the current adopted cycle and confirm the amendments before we bid.

Climate Zone 3A. Mixed-humid, with the temperature swing that comes from sitting between the Gulf and the plains. Hail is a roofing and envelope reality here in a way it is not further south.
