## Fireproofing Applicator / Construction Laborer

**Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Weekly Pay | Benefits**

With more than 40 years of industry experience, **Bahl Fireproofing** is a trusted commercial subcontractor specializing in spray-applied fireproofing, intumescent fireproofing, spray foam insulation, and thermal/acoustic insulation systems. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a long-term career.

**What You’ll Do**

As a member of our field crew, you’ll work on commercial construction projects installing fireproofing and insulation systems safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Apply spray-applied fireproofing and intumescent fireproofing
- Install spray foam and insulation systems
- Prepare surfaces and materials for installation
- Operate spray equipment and other construction tools
- Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

**Preferred qualifications:**

- Experience in fireproofing, insulation, or commercial construction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work well with a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders or scaffolding
