K-12 and higher education, where the summer window is the whole schedule. Rated steel, K-13 acoustics in gyms and commons, and a crew that leaves the building ready for occupancy.

Mission-critical fireproofing for server halls, MEP rooms and equipment yards, installed to ICC guideline G12 and the listed designs, on the schedule a commissioning date does not move for.

How we work

## The part of the job most subs *leave to chance*

### Documented, not asserted

Thickness and density readings taken per ASTM E605 and logged by member, daily. The special inspector confirms what we already recorded. Batch records, bond samples and the thickness map are handed over as a package.

02

### Five systems, one crew

SFRM, intumescent, K-13, spray foam and Core-Fill are all self-performed. One submittal package, one schedule, one point of responsibility instead of four subs coordinating around each other.

### The owner picks up the phone

We built our own job tracking software, so your PM gets production counts, deliveries and daily reports the same day instead of at the end of the month. What the software does not do is answer for the job. That is Ross, on his phone, the same day you call.
